VPN Client
Setup Guide
Follow one continuous setup path from account creation to connection. Skip steps you've already completed; when switching devices, pick up again at client import.
Menu labels can vary between platforms and client versions. The steps below refer to common options such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” and “Import from URL.” For the exact buttons, available import methods, and client access, follow the instructions in your user dashboard and on your device.
Create an account and save your login details
Start by opening the account creation page in the LogoVPN user dashboard. Enter the username and password you want to use. No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Before submitting, check that your username is correct and choose a unique password. If you use a password manager, save the site and login details after submitting so you can find the account when setting up another device.
When you're done, follow the page instructions to enter the dashboard. If you return to the login page, sign in with the username and password you just created. Don't confuse a client's “subscription name” with your login username: the former is a local label for identifying a configuration on your device, while the latter is your account credential for accessing the user dashboard. Make sure you can open Account Overview before moving on to plan selection.
Use the same account to get your subscription, view orders, and submit support tickets. When switching computers or mobile devices, sign in to your existing account rather than creating another one; orders from your original account won't automatically appear in a new account. If you can't remember your login details, check your password manager and devices where you're already signed in, then see the Help Center's account and subscription guide. Never share your password in public comments or screenshots.
Choose a plan and check the billing terms
Open the plans section in the user dashboard. First, compare monthly plans with data packages, then choose based on how you use the service. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the day the plan starts. Browsing, extended video streaming, and developer tool downloads use different amounts of data, so consider your usage habits rather than whether a particular site opens.
If you'd rather use data as needed, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires. Data packages are billed differently from monthly plans; they don't automatically renew with the same data allowance each month. All plans support unlimited devices, but using multiple devices still consumes data from your plan. Check usage in the dashboard regularly after setup.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, amount, and data allowance on the order confirmation page. Continue using the Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT payment option shown there. After paying, return to the dashboard and check that the order is confirmed and the plan appears in Account Overview. If the status hasn't updated, check the original order and refresh as instructed on the page. Don't place duplicate orders just to get the configuration working.
This service offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the Terms of Service for full details. When upgrading a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check your order information in the dashboard for details. Once the plan is active, get your subscription. A client launching successfully doesn't mean a plan has been activated on your account.
Get your subscription link from the dashboard
Open Account Overview in the user dashboard. Confirm that you're in the right account and that the plan is active, then look for the subscription, copy link, or client import option. A subscription link lets a client retrieve server configuration; it's not a regular web bookmark or an installation file. To sync server updates to your device, update the subscription in your client. Always use the link shown in your own account dashboard, not an address from someone else's configuration screenshot.
If the dashboard lists an import button for your client, open the client first and then click the button. Your browser may ask permission to open a local app. Check that the app name matches the client you intend to use, then continue and check the client for the new configuration. If nothing happens, don't keep clicking. Copy the link and add it manually in the client instead.
To copy the link manually, use the dashboard's copy button to avoid missing the beginning or end when selecting it by hand. Paste the full link into the subscription URL field in your client, not into a notes or name field. The address below is shown only as an example of the format. It won't connect and must not be used in place of the account-specific link in your dashboard.
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Treat your subscription link as sensitive account configuration data. Don't share it in public chats, shared documents, or online conversion tools. If you need to share a screenshot for troubleshooting, hide the full link and its parameters first. If you think someone else has obtained the link, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option or ask support how to proceed. Once you have the link, keep the dashboard open and choose your device platform to continue with the import.
Import the client for your platform
Sign in to the dashboard, open the client section, and choose the platform and installation option for your device. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after signing in; you don't need to have purchased a plan. Getting a client and using paid servers are separate steps. iOS availability depends on your dashboard permissions. The instructions below cover common platforms. If labels differ, look for the option with the same function.
Windows: Add a subscription or configuration
Use the Windows desktop client provided in the dashboard. Install it by following the prompts on your device, then open it. If the dashboard supports one-click import, leave the client running and return to your browser to import. To do it manually, open a configuration list such as “Subscriptions,” “Configurations,” or “Profiles,” choose the option to add from a link, and paste the subscription URL copied from Account Overview. Enter a configuration name that's easy for you to recognize.
Save and update the configuration, wait for the server list to load, then set this configuration as the one in use. If the list already contains an older configuration, make sure the newly imported one is selected instead of closing the window as soon as you see it appear. For now, don't run another network proxy tool at the same time. Once you've verified the connection on this page, adjust other network settings on your device if needed.
macOS: Import and check the active configuration
Use the macOS desktop client provided in the dashboard and choose the installation option that suits your device. When opening it for the first time, follow system prompts to grant app permissions. Don't disable overall system security to complete the installation. The client may open in a main window or from a menu bar icon. Find subscription or configuration management, then import using the dashboard button or the option to import from a URL.
Once the configuration appears, update it and check the name of the active configuration. Some clients put the system proxy toggle in the menu bar while keeping server selection in the main window. After importing, you may still need to enable the connection separately. If the system asks to add a network configuration, check that the request comes from the client you're using before continuing. Until you grant permission, a populated configuration list doesn't mean your app traffic is using the selected server.
Android: Add a subscription and allow the connection request
In the dashboard's client section, select Android and get the corresponding client provided by this service. Follow the system prompts for the installation source, then open the client. Look for “Import from URL” under “Configuration,” “Subscription management,” or the add button. Paste the full subscription URL and save it. If the dashboard offers direct import, you can also open the link from your browser in the corresponding app and confirm the import.
Update the configuration, select a server, and start the connection. The system may display a VPN connection request; check the app name and allow it. For your first test, keep the client in the foreground. Confirm that you can reach your target site before checking how the connection behaves in the background. If it disconnects only after the screen locks, check whether the system restricts the app's background activity. Avoid changing multiple battery and network settings at once, so you can tell which adjustment makes a difference.
iOS: Check access, then import your configuration
Select iOS in the dashboard and use the option available to your account to get the client. The iOS client is available through the App Store; the specific link is provided only to accounts with an active plan. If the dashboard says you don't meet the access requirements, return to Account Overview and check your plan status. Don't look for alternative installation links on unfamiliar sites, and don't confuse access to the client with account eligibility on the destination website.
After installing and opening the client, use the compatible import option provided in the dashboard if available. To import manually, look for an option to add a URL on the configuration or subscription page. Save, update, and select the configuration. The first time you connect, follow the system prompts to allow the VPN configuration and complete any required confirmation. Seeing server names after import only means the configuration has been read; you still need to connect before verifying the actual exit IP.
If import fails, first check that the link is complete, the client supports the configuration format provided in the dashboard, and the configuration can be updated. Renaming a local configuration alone won't help diagnose the issue. For details on format, permission, and update errors, see the Help Center.
Connect to a server and verify your exit IP
Return to the client, choose a server that matches your target service's region requirements, then enable the connection or system proxy. For the initial setup, start with the client's default routing rules and avoid changing routing, DNS, and app-level split tunneling all at once. If other proxy clients or browser proxy extensions are active on your device, pause them so the test uses this configuration. Once the system reports that you're connected, open a browser to begin checking.
Visit an IP lookup page first and check whether your browser's current exit IP and location match your expectations. With rule-based routing, the lookup page may use your local connection. If the exit IP hasn't changed, check which route the page uses before concluding that the entire subscription is broken. An IP lookup alone can't confirm that all apps use the same exit; check the client status and whether your target service actually works too.
Next, open the site you actually need to use. For browsing, check that pages and images keep loading. For video, see whether playback starts and continues without repeated buffering. For AI tools, check that sign-in, request submission, and continued responses work as expected. If a site loads but account features don't work, the issue may involve the service's own region, subscription, or account rules. A successful server connection doesn't automatically grant access to a third-party service.
If the service still doesn't work after connecting, retrace the setup in order: check that your account plan is active, the subscription is updated, the correct configuration is selected, a server is chosen, and connection permissions are granted. Change one thing at a time, then revisit the target page to identify where the problem occurs. For region comparisons, see the global server and server selection guide. For in-depth coverage of AI tool region checks, persistent connections, and proxy settings for development environments, continue to the AI access guide. Advanced settings aren't covered on this page.
Once verification is complete, keep this configuration for everyday use. To switch devices, sign in to the same account to get the client and subscription; unlimited devices means you don't need a separate account for each one. When server details are updated, refresh the subscription in your client. If errors persist, use a support ticket in the user dashboard to share your device platform, the client's exact error message, and the checks you've completed. Hide your password and subscription link. This gives support the information needed to investigate without exposing your account details.
