Account settings

Account & subscriptions

Do I need an email address to create an account? How should I store my account details?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Set a unique password for LogoVPN, and use a password manager to store your username, password and dashboard URL. After creating your account, make sure you can sign in before choosing a plan and setting up a client. Signing in and connecting a client are separate steps; a successful login does not mean your device is connected to a route. Since account creation does not require an email address, don’t assume you can recover your details by email. If you have trouble accessing your account, use the support option in the dashboard and provide the information requested. Never post your password, payment details or full subscription link in a public discussion forum.

Do I need to choose a new plan when I switch devices? How many devices can I use at the same time?

LogoVPN allows simultaneous use on unlimited devices, so switching devices alone doesn’t require a new plan. On your new device, open the user dashboard to get a compatible client and your current subscription, then import it using the guide. Supported platforms include Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Settings may be in different places on each platform, so don’t rely on screenshots from another one. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on your plan’s data allowance: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Remove saved subscription settings from devices you no longer use. If a device is lost or someone else has obtained your subscription link, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option and update the clients still in use.

Where can I get the client? How is it different on iOS?

Get clients from the client section of the user dashboard; installation packages aren’t distributed through public links on this help page. After signing in, you can access the download process on Android, Windows, macOS and Linux without purchasing a plan. Getting a client and getting an active subscription are separate steps, so check your subscription status after installation. On iOS, access and download links depend on what the dashboard displays; you need a purchased, unexpired plan to access the relevant link. If the dashboard says you don’t meet the requirements, check your plan status instead of repeatedly searching for an alternative download. After installation, follow the instructions for your platform to import the subscription. When your system asks for permission to configure network settings, check the app’s source and the permissions requested.

How do I update my subscription link? What should I do if the route list hasn’t changed?

Sign in to the user dashboard and check that your plan is active and your data allowance still meets the usage requirements. Then open the subscription section to get the current link. In your client, find subscription or configuration management, select the existing subscription and update it; the exact labels depend on the client. Check for a success message and confirm which configuration is active so you don’t keep using an old one after updating. If the update fails, make sure the link was copied in full and that your current network can reach the subscription address. Reset the link only if the dashboard offers that option and you have a reason to do so. After resetting it, update the link on all your devices. A subscription link is an access credential, so hide the full address in screenshots and support tickets.

Connection checks

Connections & troubleshooting

The client says it’s connected, but websites still won’t load. Where should I start?

First, determine whether the issue is with your local network or the proxy connection. Disconnect the client temporarily and make sure your local network works, then reconnect and check that your subscription is valid, a route is selected and system network permissions are enabled. A “connected” status usually means the connection process has started; it doesn’t confirm that a particular website is reachable. Try other routes and websites to see whether the issue affects only one destination. If all apps are affected, check the system proxy, client status and DNS settings first. If only one website fails, check its regional and account requirements. Change one setting at a time and note the result so you can identify the cause.

Why can my browser access the internet through the proxy, but an app, IDE or command-line tool can’t?

Apps don’t all handle proxy settings the same way. A browser may follow the system proxy, while some apps, IDE extensions and command-line tools use separate network settings. Split-tunneling rules may also send the relevant domains over your local connection. Make sure the client is running, then check whether the app supports the system proxy, needs a local proxy address entered separately, or is affected by the client’s current routing mode. Get the local proxy address and port from the client itself; don’t copy values from online examples. If the client offers system-wide routing, check its instructions for permissions and supported use. Restart the app after making changes, then test the full sign-in or request flow. Loading the home page doesn’t mean an extension’s requests are using the same route.

ChatGPT won’t load, or AI tools keep asking me to verify. What should I do?

Check the AI service’s regional availability, your account status and the error message first. Then make sure the selected route exits in a region supported by the service. The website, API and IDE extension may use different domains and network settings, so loading the site in a browser doesn’t confirm that every feature will work. Keeping your exit region relatively stable during a work session can reduce variables while troubleshooting, but it can’t guarantee that the service won’t request verification. If the issue affects one account, check its permissions and the service’s instructions. If multiple apps are affected, check the route, split-tunneling rules and local network. Don’t try to resolve rate limits by switching regions repeatedly or resubmitting requests, and remember that a network subscription doesn’t grant membership or API access to an AI platform.

Still can’t connect? What information should I include in a support ticket?

Describe the issue through the ticket option in the user dashboard. Include your platform, client name, selected route region, approximate time of the issue and the exact error message. Note whether your local network is working, whether other websites load and whether switching routes changes the result; this can help distinguish account, app and route issues. Describe how to reproduce the problem rather than just saying it doesn’t work. If you attach screenshots, hide sensitive information, private payment details and the full subscription address. Don’t share passwords or API keys. Check logs first and include only the relevant excerpts. Ticket replies and follow-up are handled through the dashboard; this page does not promise a response time.

Performance

Speed & routes

Should I choose a route by region, or by connection type—IEPL, relay or direct?

Start by filtering for regions supported by your target service, then compare performance in the available regions. LogoVPN covers 110+ countries / 220+ routes. This range gives you options, but it doesn’t mean every route performs the same way with every app. IEPL, relay and direct describe different connection paths; the label alone can’t tell you which route will be faster on your current local network. For everyday work, check page loads and sustained requests. For AI coding, watch for interruptions in streamed output; for video, check whether playback remains smooth. Keep your device, app and local network consistent while comparing routes. If the service requires a specific region, prioritize regional compatibility over the route name.

During evening slowdowns, how can I tell whether to switch routes or check my local network?

Pause large downloads and background sync on your devices, and check whether other devices on the same network are using bandwidth. Keep the target app unchanged and compare the current route with others. If every route is slow, weak Wi-Fi, congestion on your internet connection or the target service itself may be contributing. A client’s “connected” status doesn’t guarantee steady data transfer. If the issue affects only a particular region or route, try another exit that meets the target service’s requirements. If it happens only on Wi-Fi, check the connection between your device and access point. Note when the slowdown occurred, which apps were affected and what happened after switching routes before submitting a ticket. This is more useful than simply saying the connection was fine or very slow during peak hours.

Why can’t I find the content I want on Netflix, HBO or other streaming services, even after switching routes?

A streaming service’s library and playback access can depend on the exit region, account region, subscription, device settings and the platform’s security checks. Switching to a route in the target region changes only one part of the network setup; it doesn’t guarantee access to a particular title or a specific video quality. Check whether the platform reports a regional restriction, an account issue or a playback error. Then confirm that the app is actually using the selected route rather than your local connection. After switching exits, reopen the app as usual and check your account page before testing again. Avoid switching regions repeatedly, as this can make the results harder to interpret. Video quality also depends on the content, device support and connection stability, not just the route label. Access and playback depend on the platform’s current results.

What does “anonymous, no logs” mean? Does it replace privacy settings on the websites I visit?

“Anonymous, no logs” describes LogoVPN’s privacy policy. Read the privacy policy for details on how data is handled. It doesn’t mean websites can’t recognize an account you’re signed into, and it doesn’t replace privacy settings in your browser, operating system or third-party apps. Websites may still use account sign-ins, cookies or device information to identify your session, so route selection and account privacy should be considered separately. Keep your account password and subscription link secure, and don’t share your full configuration publicly. You don’t need to disclose your browsing history to troubleshoot a connection issue. For information about data used to manage accounts and services, refer to the privacy policy; “anonymous, no logs” should not be taken as a guarantee about third parties’ practices.

Order details

Billing & refunds

How much do monthly plans and data packs cost, and which should I choose?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packs last until used and never expire. Monthly plans suit usage planned month by month, while data packs are for managing data based on actual consumption. Choose based on how often you use the service and how much data you need, not just the price. Video streaming, file transfers and continuous syncing use data differently. Check your usage in the dashboard before choosing a tier. Review the full terms on the plans page, and rely on the plan details shown in the dashboard when confirming your order. This page doesn’t list quarterly or annual prices or make discount claims by converting between billing options.

When does monthly data reset? How are mid-cycle upgrades and data packs calculated?

Monthly plan data resets on the monthly anniversary of activation. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the activation date and current plan status in the dashboard rather than assuming data resets at the start of the calendar month. Before upgrading, review the change and order details shown in the dashboard and confirm them before proceeding; don’t assume an upgrade simply adds data. Data packs last until used and never expire, unlike monthly plan data, which resets each month. If your account includes multiple products, refer to the dashboard for how usage is deducted and displayed. Don’t assume data is combined in a particular order, carried over between plans or subject to a specific top-up amount. If you’re unsure about a change, keep your order details and check with support through a ticket before proceeding.

What payment methods are supported? What should I do if I’ve paid but my plan isn’t showing?

We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check the plan name, amount and order status, then follow the instructions on the order page. For USDT, use only the network and payment details shown on the current order; don’t rely on information from an earlier transaction. After paying, return to the dashboard to check whether the order has updated, then check your plan and subscription status. If you’ve paid but the dashboard hasn’t updated, check the original order first. Don’t create and pay for the same order again just because the page hasn’t changed yet. Include the order ID, payment method and any necessary proof in a support ticket to help us check. Hide unrelated personal information, and never post full payment details or your account password publicly.

What is the refund policy, and how do I request a refund?

LogoVPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user dashboard, open a support ticket and provide the relevant order ID so the payment and plan records can be checked. Read the Terms of Service for the full eligibility criteria and terms. Don’t infer eligibility from whether the client connected successfully, and you don’t need to disclose your browsing history to submit a request. Before opening a ticket, gather your order details and current status to avoid submitting the same issue through multiple channels. If you’ve already submitted a request, add any follow-up information to the original ticket. Check the dashboard for review progress and the outcome. This page doesn’t promise an additional processing time or describe compensation or promotions beyond the stated policy.
